Definitions and Introduction

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to betting and gaming on the 7u7y platform:

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 7u7y reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection, the last state recorded on the server will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

• All sports bets will be settled based on the official result of the relevant match.
• Cricket: Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international and domestic matches.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the decision on the related bet will be at 7u7y's discretion.

6.3 Casino Games

• All casino games are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.
• Live casino game results are broadcast in real time and cannot be altered by any party.
• If a technical fault is detected in the game software, the relevant round will be voided and bets refunded.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7u7y platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of a third party.
• Bonus abuse, such as claiming the same bonus on multiple accounts or bet hedging.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

Account Suspension and Closure

7u7y may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity.
• By order of a court or legal authority.
• If the member personally requests account closure.

Valid funds in suspended accounts will be returned after verification is complete, provided no prohibited activity is found. Forfeited funds cannot be recovered.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. It is recommended to withdraw any remaining balance before closing.

Limitation of Liability

7u7y is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or device-related issues.
• Losses caused by faults in third-party software or game providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to an account due to a member sharing their login credentials with others.
• Potential profits lost due to account closure or suspension.
• Service interruptions caused by natural disasters or other unforeseeable circumstances.

The maximum possible liability shall in no case exceed the total deposits recorded in the relevant member's account.
